Sometimes you want a very special breakfast! Here is a delicious plant-based, easy-to make breakfast recipe!
Ingredients:
2 cups organic oats
1/4 cup organic whole wheat flour
1/4 cup wheat germ
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup of chopped dates
1/3 cup of chopped walnuts
1 tablespoon of lecithin
1 tablespoon of cold-pressed oil
1/2 to 1 cup water
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients.
Mix wet ingredients.
Add the mixture of wet ingredients to the mixture of dry ingredients. Mix with fingers and form in balls lightly, or drop from a spoon onto a cookie sheet.
Bake 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 45 minutes or until lightly browned.
